Payment Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of registration. If you cancel within 7 days before the program starts, a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the program cost will be retained. If you cancel within 24 hours before the program starts, no refund will be provided. Gift registrations are non-refundable but can be transferred or held as credits.
COVID-19 Policy
The health and safety of our participants, instructors and volunteers are of the utmost importance to us. Due to COVID-19, we are adding new protocols and will continue to monitor provincial updates and directives. Our protocols include:
- Maximum 8 people per in-person class;
- Masks, social distancing and hand sanitizer are required;
- No shared materials;
- Attendance check for contact tracing;
- Compliance with all federal and provincial health directives.
If you are sick, may have been exposed to the virus, or have been diagnosed with COVID-19, please contact us and your instructor immediately, and self-isolate.
Behavioural Expectations
Participants must respect each other, their surroundings, and themselves. We promote safety, inclusion, and a positive experience for everyone. Participants must always stay with the Nature Sketch team leaders while under the guidance of The Bateman Foundation, and its staff and volunteers. Be courteous and mindful of all participants, staff and others around you. We want each participant to get as much as possible out of their Nature Sketch experience, therefore phones are permitted, but not during regular activities.
Please follow the instructions of the Nature Sketch teaching team. Participants who have difficulty following the guidelines will be asked to modify their behaviour and, in some situations, may be asked to leave. There will be no refunds for participants who do not abide by the above expectations.
