Art for Well-being Online Group Sessions

April 6, 2022 @ 5:30 pm 6:15 pm PDT

Our facilitating art therapist, Kaitlin McManus, promotes mindfulness in creation and displays unconditional positive regard, assisting and guiding you to access self-empowerment and compassion for yourself and others in our community.

We have transitioned from providing online individual therapeutic art sessions to online group sessions!
We are offering free online drop-in Art for Well-being sessions Wednesday evenings from 5:30 pm – 6:15 pm PST.

We invite you to join us online to create an art activity with a focus on well-being.

Together we will create in a safe, non-judgemental, and supportive virtual space over Zoom. Sessions will be facilitated by Kaitlin McManus, our inhouse art therapist. No previous art experience is necessary. All ages are welcome.

Sessions accommodate a maximum of 10 participants, and require pre-registration. More information on the program here.

Please Note: While these group sessions are meant for art and well-being, they are not Art Therapy sessions, or Clinical Counseling sessions.

Due to popular demand, you can only book sessions two weeks in advance. Please check back later if there’s no available slots, as new sessions become available each week. Sign up here.

Non-directive creation is beneficial for strengthening emotional wellness. These sessions offer the opportunity for you to express your unique creativity with the support of an art therapist, and if you choose, Kaitlin can act as a personal guide to assist you in uncovering and perceiving meaning and personal discoveries found in your artwork and while creating.

Free – $24.00
