YOGA IN NATURE WITH HEATHER MIDORI YAMADA
Join us for a live-streamed yoga in nature and meditation session! Zoom links will be provided after signing up.
Traditional mindfulness methods are a gateway into the sphere of bodily experience. Short guided meditations, including accessible body postures of sitting, standing and walking, bring awareness to being, with attention on breathing.
Additionally, we will turn towards exploring in nature. We will directly address the tendency of nature’s ‘overwhelm’ by directing the focus of the mind from inner experience towards opening to the natural bounty of the outdoors.
